Pinnacle Card (model) + driver software

Hello.

My dad lost his original software for Pinnacle TV card and first of all now none of us knows even what the model is for sure.

Search of the number that I found on the card did come up with some results that stated it is PCTV pro model.

EMPTYV-51013170-1.4A are the numbers/letters that appear on the card.

I downloaded patched updated software from the pinnaclesys website for this model and everything works OK however the ability to capture the video as VideoCD or SVCD or just about anything but ... (I forgot the name of the codec but there is only one option for codec selection) dissapeared.

Nonetheless does anyone know what is this card model for sure (I could probably upload a picture)?

What would be the options to get original driver/software CD?

You will sit on hold for a while but call Pinnacle. Give 'em the item number and they should be able to help.

Also try this forum

It is the Studio 8 forum but they may be able to recognize the item... a digital may also help.

Most all of the older Pinnacle consumer cards capture in AVI via a MJPEG Hware codec.

Please i have this card and on this card is EMPTYV-51013170-1.4A but i haven't drivers and software. Please can somebody help me ? Please help, i can't find any good drivers.
