Many months ago I created a movie in Windows Movie Make.
The start of the movie had a few pictures as a slide show before the movie started.
I didn't save the movie at the time, I just saved the project as I wasn't sure if I still need to do more stuff to it before creating the movie.

Now when I open the project, I can't save the movie. It says to verify the source files and check disk space ect.

These are all fine. Source files are in the correct location and file names.
When I first create the project I was able to see it all in the preview window, pictures and all.
Now the pictures don't show in the preview (Just blank screen).
If I delete the pictures from the storyboard, the movie will save.

So there must be a problem with pictures.
I have tried importing new pictures and using them and still does not work

Even a new project with newly imported pictures is not working.
It's like Movie maker does not like to use pictures to make a slideshow anymore.

Is anyone able to help me with this?

I don't want to have to go through the whole process of making the movie again with another program.
