I use click to dvd and dvgate plus by Sony. Unfortunately, I have not been able to transfer the date to my dvd image when I create them with those softwares.
This is my first post and I appreciate any input. How best to preserve the date and have it transfer during the copying process ???
Thanks

Take a look at DV Time Stamp. If that isn't what you need, you might have to do a forum search for timestamp, or search the DV forum, where this question should have been posted.

I would also look at your camera settings. Most cameras have the ability to overlay the timestamp for viewing only, or to include it during transfer. There should be a menu setting in the camera to change to way the time stamp is displayed.
