    I need to make a 30 second loop from a wave file, what the easiest program for this?

    okay, so you just need to cut a wave to loop evenly, Flash should be able to loop it for you on playback.

    I use Wavelab, but you could use SoundForge, Audacity, any audio editor. most will have a loop-playback function, where it will loop a highlighted region.

    highlight the section of the wav that you think will make a good loop, and start the loop playback. if you hear hitches in the transition, move the edges of the highlighted region until it sounds smooth.
