  1. I have this avi file and I wanna convert it to DVD and I know how to do it but it always ends up beign full screen. How do I make it wide screen using TMPGEnc?!

  2. Select 16:9 (NTSC or PAL) output format.

  3. Oh, yeah... if your source AVI is 4:3 format to start with, you'll have to letterbox crop the image to 16:9 aspect ratio and then resize to work properly when "stretched" by the your DVD player. Unless you're talking about DV camcorder footage shot in 16:9 mode... which is already the right shape for 16:9 stretching.

  4. Mine dosnt even have that option for 16:9. Maybe I needa download the latest version?

  5. You probably need to update to the latest version. Do you have the Project Wizard disabled? I'm pretty sure that it can be shut off and won't come back unless you re-select it as a start up preference...
