    I'm trying to convert DVD-Rs made with my Panasonic DVD recorder and TMPGEnc DVD Author but I notice that when I open the IFO, the time is always wrong. Usually it's out by exactly 1 hour. Anyone else have this problem and is there a fix for it?

    Okay...looks like DVD2SVCD corrects itself in the frame start and end pulldown. The correct time is given before conversionthere...
