I use toolame as the audio encoder, but when the audio encoding was almost finished, I got this message:

It wotked for the first movie, but this one is giving me trouble.
Both movies were in DivX format.

I use CDEX for all mp3 and mp2 encoding. It has a great mp2 internal engine and uses the lame engine for mp3. VirtualDub and Tmpgenc are great for encoding the video and muxing the resultant streams back together but CDEX has never let me down. If you need to drop a wav from 48khz to 44.1kz use ACM station

I even tried Xing and Panasonic as the audio encoder, but TPMGEnc doesn't recognizes them as valid encoders
