    hi. please help. is there a dvd authoring software that will create a vcd-dvd that allow mpeg-1 with 23.976 w/o pulldown.

    whenever i do a pulldown 2:3 to 29.976 audio is out of sync..

    no, because MPEG1 at 23.976 is not dvd compliant. re-encode to MPEG2 at 23.976 and apply pulldown.
