    Hi, I have been encoding my DVDs with Nero Vision, and the quality is excellent, but my subtitles often are cut off at the bottom of the TV. I need a way that I can encode my DVDs so my subtitles fit perfectly on the screen, and I get the full video image. Please help!

    use a standalone encoder that has framing options.

    i suggest TMPGenc, Maincincept Encoder and if you are feeling adventurous, CCE Basic with AVISynth.
