    nero - but do you mean burning or authoring ?

    because how can sonic be hard to use for burning?

    You would get more help, if you didn't shout. There are lots of burner programs

    Nti Cd&Dvd Burner 6.7 Platinum

    Read some guides and threads here and there on this site, thats what I did, and it really helped. programs like TMPGEnc dvd author are easy to use with a little research and maybe a guide. but like BJ_M said, it depends on what you'rew trying to do, are you burning videos, data, or what?

  5. i have movies in mpeg ,avi, and quick time......i would like to burn them on dvd so i can watch them on my tv......with the sonic program does it do the authoring for you.

    Don't take the word of an untrustworthy and incompetent Narn, but Nero 5.5 (OEM that came with my burner) has NEVER failed me in a burn (over 800).

    nero 5.5 lastest version (before 6) i think is still nero's best version
