When i load an avi/divx/xvid file in TMPGenc express, the size of the video-source is normal(131401 frames, 1hour 27min)but the size of the audio-source from the same file is much bigger(605857479, 3 hour 30min)
I'm having this problem with all my avi-files.
What am i doing wrong???????

You probably have VBR audio.
Open the avi file in virtualdub. If it gives you a warning about VBR auio that is your problem. TmpGenc does not like vbr audio. Use virtualdub to save the audio as an uncompressed wav file then use that as the audio source in TmpGenc.
