If you look at traffic records, FL has the highest rate for handing out tickets for people driving too slow on the highways and traffic impedences. If you look at insurance company statistics, those tickets are related to the 45% of FL individuals who are over the age of 55. The highest out of all the other age groups. Speeding tickets happened to go to the 18-25 year old age group with a little higher percentage.
