automatic capture with ATI MMC

Is there some way to setup a timer in mmc so that i can capture video while i sleep?? I dont want to set my alarm and wake at 3:30 just to capture a show off cable. Right now im using a trial of beyond tv 3 which works very well but i think i can get even better results with the ati software.

btw does anyone know what dnr noise reduction is?? is that anything like atis video soap??

You can setup a recording in Guide Plus+. What I do is setup a recording with Guide Plus+ then I go into settings and pad it with a extra minute or 2 at the beginning and the end so I can catch the whole show. Television stations don't always start at the exact time.
