nero can't burn the dvd on my hdd because it can't detect video_ts.ifo and video_ts.bup when they are CLEARLY there. thus, it doesn't find it compliant to dvd standards. in turn, i can't burn it.
there's nothing wrong with the movie, it plays fine via powerdvd. the thing is, i downloaded it, so PERHAPS it needs to be decrypted (i dbout it).
if it does need to be decrypted, is there a decrypting program which deciphers DVDs on the hard drive?

Smartripper can re-rip from files on your HD. Open Smartripper and click the file icon in the upper right hand cornner.
