  1. I have seen this question asked before, but I have not found the answer yet, ATI all in wonder radeon, windows 2k, 98se, xp, I get "no capture driver" can anyone help?

    I was having the same problem, tried this stuff in here and now I can use VirtualDub with ATI. And honestly, I would have given up on VCDs if I couldn't get VirtualDub to capture an AVI for me.

  4. Make sure you have installed DirectX8.0 and the DirectX DV plugin... both from Microsoft.

  6. you need the "Wrapper"

    search for previous posts by me on this subject I don't remember the URL right now

    it's a WDM Wrapper and it will allow you to capture with VirtualDub and an ATI card

  7. Thanks for the help, I got the VfW-WDM, it worked, so now I can cap straight to DIVX, instead of MPEG1 with ATI, and then encoding.
