  1. For my xvid movie I have the subtitle file with the ending being .sub, but I've read through searching that most people have had no luck with them, and say you should use .srt. I don't have .srt, but is there a way to convert .srt to .sub?

I can't, for the life of me, find ANY program to accept .sub and accept the subtitle file

    Please help!

if it is a text .sub file convert to srt with subtitle workshop. if it is a dvd .sub file convert with subrip to srt.

if you can read the subs if you open the sub file with notepad it is a text sub file.

  3. Thank you, but even after I open Subtitle Workshop and try to add the .sub file (yes i can view it in note pad) and convert to subrip, everything remains blank. It doesn't want to 'add' the file, nor does it let me convert it. It just stays at the default screen. Any ideas why?
