I know this question may have been asked before but it's my first time here. I have the ALL IN WONDER TV WONDER and I need to figure out how to use it right. I have my computer hooked up to not only my TV but to my dish. I would like to know the perfect specs so I can record anything to MPEG format then transfer it to VCD format so I may watch it on my DVD player. I have tried many things but they don't come out very clean on my DVD player. I did download a sample from somewhere and can't remember where. I placed this into VCD and it was actually pretty good. I know it can't be crisp as a DVD but I would like to get it close as possible. Can anyone tell me the perfect specs to do this with this ATI ALL IN WONDER and maybe even tell me what program I could use to find out what specs this sample was done in. I need to know what Video Bit Rate and Motion Estimation Quality to use. Thanks to all that can help. Dalton
