    Hi whenever i start up vCd easy i get this

    access violation 006f96c1 in module vcdeasy.exe in address 00000000

    now ive tried updating my aspi layers by installing adaptecs 4.60... i orignally had the latest 4.72 but i still get the same message and i have nero's aspi layers also

    nowhereon the vcdeasy faq site is there a mentino about this kind of problem.

    anyonw know what that message means?

    please help anyone? this used to work great and all of sudden it just stopped

  2. What version of VCDEasy are you using? From version 2.0 there's no need for ASPI-drivers anymore.

    Have you tested uninstalling VCDEasy and then reinstalling it? It sounds like something is wrong with the exe file. Suggest you uninstall it and then reinstalling it. Also try the latest version if you are not using it yet.

  3. I have just fixed this access violation. It was not easy as this is the result of a really strange behaviour of some rare Windows configuration... and no way to produce it on our computers.

    VCDEasy 2.0.3 will contain the fix. Send me an email (support at vcdeasy.org) if you want a fixed version now.
