I'm planning to buy a used s-vhs VCR to convert my old VHS (analog acquisition from PC).
Did someone use the JVC 8700 EU??
I would pay it about 120? (150$), and it's old about a couple of years.
Thanks to everybody

I have a JVC 7700 EU and it is great so I think the 8700 would be even better.

TBC and DNR are very effective if the tape is bad at all. $150 sounds like a good price if it's in good shape and comes with remote.

Thank you brainstrom.
And now a few question about macrovision
Can I copy my VHS protected with MV to PC, with the TBC of this VCR and my analog card? the card is based on conexant 23881 chipset .
Shall I need an external stabilizer (SIMA or other)?
