    Haha, no, but I did have to call the Kansas State University's Human Resource department about my W-2 form (they sent it to wrong address and it got returned).

    You could change the overall color, it would affect the whole image but it might give you a more suitable background... or you could cut out the guy and then change the background without affecting him. Any of those things can be done with the gimp - www.gimp.org which is free or photoshop.
