CDvdCSS::Read Failed! Error

I have DVD Shrink 2.3. I have used it successfully in the past as part of my process in burning DVDs. I am getting the above error when trying to shrink Secret Window. The rest of the error reads
The reason is: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Can anyone help?

your problem is an error on the disc itself - a read error from a scratch or maybe just bad media... anyway you need to first try and make a copy of it on the HD using either dvd decrypter to skip over the read errors or a dvd-x-rescue software to recover the disc.
if this came from a scratch you can also try the multitude of techincs developed by the forum specialists in the media foprum - just do a search.

last thing:
try to label your posts in a more user-friendly fashion - such as: "shrink can't read my disc" or "Data error (cyclic redundancy check) what is it?"
