    Can someone comment on the video (mpg2) quality using Xpress?

    I tried the Xpress. I like the UI. I am really impressed by the speed. It cuts half of the time when I used setting - 2 pass VBR (8kbps/7kbps/2kbps), and noise filter. But the image quality seems not as good as TMPGEnc 2.5.

    BTW, as for activation, is it allowed to install Xpress on more than one machine? How many licenses are there for one purchase?

    So you are saying I need to buy 2 copies of Xpress to run it on two machines?

    If so, I will stick to 2.5.
