convert mpg,wmv,avi to vcd format the fastest way

any program that can convert mpg,wmv,avi to vcd format the fastest way
with acceptable quality output...what setting to use?

one of my friends needs badly 70 porn movies from my collection, and he wants me to copy it to vcd format and needs it ASAP...maybe its an emergency, a matter of life and death :P

so i need to convert it to vcd format, then burn them on cd-r.

i have TMPGEnc Plus, Nero 6, Isobuster, Alcohol200% (all latest versions)

i have read all of the guides on the left...
i know almost everything i need to know is in those guides.

but i need still your opinions based on real life experience in burning...any additional information BESIDES those given in the guides is highly appreciated...i need additional info if there's any, if none ill be contented with the guides and you just ignore this post.

i need to back up those movies to vcd format coz my friend only have a vcd player...so since its a matter of life and death for him and im so ever merciful, ill plan to lend him those back up cd to be return to me after he viewed all of the cd and his life is save
