Thanks anyways!...I started a trial run, and after over an hour I was at about 16%.....argh...I'll stick with "adequate" transcoding with DVD2one which takes about 15 minutes...DVDRebuilder seemed like a very good package once you got it setup (which was easy).Originally Posted by Gurm![]()

@Gkar, do you have 2 Hard Drives or are you processing all on one HD? Processing on one HD can increase processing time quite a lot in some cases

there are a lot more names you can call people in this situation and like I mentioned if you called a complete stranger a 'wanker' round my way, you would end up on your arse with a fat lip but that's the UK for you and I suppose in the US it's not as offensive
as for your DVDReMake jibe (yawn), I can't help people clicking my signature whenever I post unlike yours :P. If you notice my first few posts have my signature turned off anyway

It doesn't bother me about getting excited - in fact, I'm happy that another person has joined the DVD Backup fraternity.Originally Posted by MackemX
Sulaco has shown the wrong attitude IMO. I posted a friendly jibe about other people knowing this well before his revelations and he took it the wrong way. His questions were then answered. Then you chime in.
I always thought the UK was full of thugs.Originally Posted by MackemX
US ?

Last time I checked, Oz meant AUStralia
If in doubt, Google it. -
you still doin't get it do you?, he showed no attitude at all!. He simple stated that you had offered nothing to the thread and nothing more. I knew what you mean't by your post just the same if I had posted it. I wouldn't have took anything from his reply though. That's the big problem with some people in forums, they seem to take things the completely wrong way and then get upset about it then they get a bit chit chat backOriginally Posted by jimmalenko
lolI always thought the UK was full of thugs. Last time I checked, Oz meant AUStralia
, I'm not so good at history but didn't we send the thugs to OZ a few hundred years ago
. Anyway it just shows how much notice I take of you
. So you should really know what a 'wanker' is then and then maybe you won't call newbies people such an offensive name when they don't really deserve it
lazy typing and not adding the AUS ?

p.s. no more jibing from me as this will just get locked, ciaoski

couldn't resist replying :P as I now do believe you are a spotty geeky teenager with nothing better to do than DVD backups and look down on anyone less knowledgeable than you
you just have to look at your end post to see what attitude you have towards newbies and such

you guys are just waiting to jump onto people at the first opportunity and sometimes look stupid doing it

There's more to life than knowing about DVD's etc. A more adult person would have tried to insult me just by simple writing something a litle more witty so others can laugh at us properly
looks like you Ossies have forgot what 'wanker' meant, probably by overusing it as it did have a meaning in your country once. Try typing 'meaning of wanker' into Google and you may then discover how to pleasure yourself to relieve some male testosterone instead of doing it via your posts
p.s. I meant I was lazy typing -
What is it about this tirade of insults that keeps attracting us both back here ?Originally Posted by MackemX

Incorrect - I'm a teensy bit older than that. Would I bother writing guides if I didn't want to help people ? Search through a few more of my posts to get the true story.Originally Posted by MackemX
In the first thread, again another barb at this same poster. No harm done.Originally Posted by MackemX
In the second thread I ask if the poster knows the warez rules. He says it ain't warez so I help him out. Gitreel is the one going overboard about warez in that thread. What is wrong with that ?
I help newbies that are prepared to help themselves.

When did you become the forum police ?If in doubt, Google it.
