OK, I've searched, experimented, cried(actually not yet) over this:
How to get from 29.87fps(NTSC) to 25fps(PAL) without the framedrop effect?
As we all know, just changing the fps in TMPGENC doesn't work.
Someone suggested using Avisynth and frameserving. Can this be done with Virtualdub?(Is there a How To?).
If I want to go from avi to VCD how can I frameserve with Avisynth?
NTSC VCD to PAL VCD, can I use Flask?
Please, please, please help me... I am more than willing to read up on this, so if anyone knows about pointers please answer.
Another suggestion that has come up is to use some program called 'Aftereffects' that might do the trick, anyone know?
Best regards and a plea for help!
