I have a movie, but the quality is no good, and it has subtitles. Then I have a better quality version of the movie, but no subtitles. Is there any way I can take the subtitles from the bad quality movieand add them to the other. I've searched this forum, but haven't found this specific problem. Thank you in advance for your help.

hardencoded subs in the movie that you can't switch off? or a movie with a subtitle file?

If the subs are hard encoded into the avi file then you will have to find subs elsewhere or watch the subs from the avi by sight and write them into a sub file with the times that match.
I think,therefore i am a hamster.
