I have rolling bars in the video i capture with my aiw 9800 pro card. They are rulling up the screen and seem to be 2 bars moving at a time im hoping that someone with technicial knowlege of video has seen things like this before and can help me track down the cause of the problem.
the video seems very good except for the rolling bars at this point i dont capture much because in some shots the bars are very distracting and ruin the videos for me.
If it helps i am capturing video from the svideo output of my cable box.
Is it possible that some kind of filter would remove these bars???
If i cant get this resolved ill have to look for yet another capture card
If anyone has any suggestions i would like to hear them.
