  1. i tryed the avi on my dvd player. the sound and picture dont go toghter. is there something i could do to make it right.


    any help much appreciated

    Is it in sync when you play it on your computer? If so, then I can't help because it's your player. If it is out by a fixed amount then...

    You can change the audio delay with virtualdub. Load the avi and set video to direct stream copy. Under audio select full processing mode then audio>interleaving and adjust the audio delay (either + or -). Back in the main window you can play the file and fine tune your delay as necessary. Select a compression type under audio>compression or just leave it and your audio will be uncompressed wav (very large). File>save avi.
