  1. allright, my first post. I have a live smashing pumpkins concert mpeg2, works fine, burned it on a cd, playable. My only problem is.... I play it in my panasonic f8s dvd player and it seems to go @ 25 fps. Then, i play the same svcd on my brothers samsing dvd player and its much smoother - maybe 29-30 fps.

its originally 25 fps - is there any program to change the way it will play back @ the same framerate (29fps) on my panasonic? - maybe something w/the header? Its a little confusing because my dvd player was almost $200, and his was 60 bucks.

    Thanks for your help,

Sounds like his player will accept PAL and yours won't, not uncommon if you live in NTSC land. The only way to get it to NTSC standard is to do a proper PAL to NTSC conversion...it would be easier to buy a DVD player like your brothers.
