can't add file with tmpgenc xpress

For some reason my computer will not allow me to drag the edit window up after adding a file to hit "OK" and add the file. The only thing I can do is hit the "X" button which asks me if I want to discard changes, then I have no file. The corner of the Xpress window doesn't allow you to change the size of it, is there any way around this? It driving me nuts!!

never mind i figured out how to change my desktop display to view the full window. sorry i dum buddies
