Is there a video capture card that will capture
audio at a sampling rate of 48 kHz?

Use an sblive to get the audio, but why would you want it... isn't CD quality good enough

sblive.... do you mean sound blaster and capture
at the same time of the video capture?
I want to do it with 48 kHz because that is the
standard for DVD and I'm doing a lot of DVD stuff
