  1. Hi, I just found this program not long ago, and I'm not to familiar with it.
I'm trying to convert some DivX movies to DVD with the DVD QuickSetup in the ffmpegX 0.0.9L.
    I have two problems.
First after the conversion is made and when I trie to play the Video_TS folder the audio isn't the "default" channel. I must change de audio track to the second one to have the audio playing in the DVD player. Only if I select passthrough in the Audio Codec popup menu I have the audio right away when I insert the disc on the DVD player. Is this the right way to encode audio (passthrough insted of .AC3)?
Second, the folder Video_TS after the DVD QuickSetup encode as only +- 2.2 GB when a DVD disc have 4.7 GB. This way the lost of quality is bigger. What can I do to make a bigger file after the encoding?
Thanks major for this program that I'm think it's a buying one.

  2. I had a similar problem with the audio. Simple answer: try changing the settting on the audio tab to "stereo" instead of "5.1". Dolby 5.1 tends to gets the default spot unless otherwise specified. if i'm missing something here, then wait for major.

  3. Tks, lokust.
I will trie the Stereo tab and them post the result.
About the size of the resultant file, of the DVD Quick Presets, any clue? Anybody?

  4. With the audio tab in "stereo" the result is the same.

    Any other idea?

    Tks any way
