Author a DVD type Program... I.E. Video Clips

Hello,

I have searched high and low, and am looking to find some kind of program that I can create a computer program that shows all kinds of video clips. I am not looking to make a DVD complaint movie, but want to make an actual computer program. So far all I have come up with is using Powerpoint, and then using another program that burns it into a self booting coputer program... This is alright for me, but does not have everything I want it to do... You know how you go out and buy a new CD, and it is enhanced some times? Well, that is like what I want to do... I have a ton of video clips from a TV show, and want to be able to nevigate through it as a computer program. I hope you understand what I mean, because I am confusing myself at this point. Can anyone tell me a computer program that makes somthing like this? Thanks for trying to help if you can!

You can probably achieve this with Macromedia Flash, although it's not a straightforward solution.
