i've a .avi file which i've downloaded but it has serious 'horizontal effects' during action scenes. Is there anyway i can re-encode the file using tmpgenc to mpg & at the same time remove the 'combing effect'?
i've tried the 3:2 pulldown filter but the 'horizontal lines' can still be seen.
Pls help.
