Ive been muxing with NanoDub. Strange thing is, for the same two files, Sometimes the audio (.ac3) has is distorted in certain parts of the final avi file, so I remux. The next time, the video might be pixalated in the final file. After a number of times doing the same thing with the same files, I get a good final file.
What would cause this to happen?
Background, im taking OGM files, demux the .avi video, and demux the .ogg audio. Then I convert .ogg to .wav, then convert .wav to .ac3. I then use Nanodub to mux .avi video and .ac3 audio. I then will convert the avi to dvd with DVD2SVCD
Is there another program I can/should use to Mux?

if you use direct stream copy under video and audio in virtualdub / nandub / virtualdubmod the audio and video should not be affected.
