    Please help as I searched the forum and couldn't find an appropriate solution.

    I have a video file in .rmvb format, at resolution 352x288, 30fps and I want to convert to VCD format to watch on TV. I have tried and converted to both 29.97fps and 25fps. The final file is out of sync and no matter how I tried to play with the audio file in Sound Forge, it just won't sync with the video. Is there a good way to fix this?

    If this has already been answered and I had missed it, please point me to the right direction. Thanks in advance!
