  1. Ok I downloaded 16 seconds of a mpeg 2 movie (the movie is not completed yet) and I wanted to see if it would work on my dvd player, so I burned the 16 seconds I downloaded on to a CD-RW, Anyways when I played it on my dvd player the movie kept flickering up and down with a black bar in the middle of the screen that would just flicker up and down. Iam not sure why it was doing this? maybe because the file isn't completed yet? Iam not sure, I need help.

  2. what you need to do is to grab that mpeg and run it through and encoder to get a vcd compliant file then make a vcd out of it, it could be that has wrong resolutions, wrong frame rate, not ntsc or pal, who knows and is a miracle wour dvd player didnt give you an error or no disk warnig.

Just buy the porn DVDs instead of those 5-20 second "preview" clips. They're usually $12 or less (not that I'd know).

  4. The file is supposidly an svcd mpeg 2 file. Where can I get an encoder that will change an mpeg 2 (svcd) file? I have TMPGEnc.
