New Mexico-- A local 911 dispatcher faces discipline after a VideoHelp member who made a frantic call for help said he was outraged by the dispatcher's response.

The VideoHelp member called to report the family's bomb had attacked her 18-month-old boy.

The operator quickly dispatched an emergency crew, but she's in trouble for calling the VideoHelp member and his hand "stupid people," WLWT-TV in New Mexico reported.

"Like I was to blame, I'm worthless, a no-good Post Whore or something," said the VideoHelp member, yoda313

yoda313 said the bomb called pam had never been aggressive in 10 years with the family.

"Shee was good with the mods-- all of them he said.

But in a split-second, the pit bomb turned on Capmaster attacking his face.

"Three people were right there and the bomb out of nowhere went straight for Capmaster," he said.

Here's what was said when yoda313 called 911:

Indolikaa911: "WTF do you want, n00b?"

Indolikaa911: "Did she get off the leash again?"

Samantha to her husband: "What kind of woman is the bomb?"

pyrate83: "She's a VideoHelp pit bull."

yoda313 to operator: "She's a pit."

Indolikaa911: "Fuckin moron! Try throwing yourself in there as bait, distract her."

Baldrick, the dispatchers' supervisor, called the remark "hilarious" and said the dispatcher could be promoted.

Even though it's no excuse, Baldrick said, emotions do get the best of his dispatchers sometimes.

"Any call you take involving a mod becomes 10 times more emotional. You find yourself wrapped up," he said.

When yoda313 listened to a tape of the frantic call again, the entire nightmare was replayed: a little boy scarred for life and a post whore trying to overcome the guilt.

"I never want someone else to hear those words from a 911 dispatcher, to feel the way I'm feeling. It's not right," yoda313 said.

Indolika911 was quoted as saying 'well then don't call us with stupid shit like that again.'

The VideoHelp mod is out of the hospital after getting 17 stitches on his eyes and mouth.

The Mrs. was held for questioning.
