What is the best software to Demux and Mux/

Hi,
I am using DVD Decrypter to Demux and Tmpgenc'c Mpeg-Tools to re-attach Ac3 files to Video (Mux).
What are you guys using and is there a better software than the ones i use?

Is there anything actually wrong with TMPGEnc tools that makes you want to change, or do you just fancy trying something new?

I use bbmpeg to multiplex m2v amd ac3 when needed...

No, Tmpg Enc's Mpeg Tools works fine but i was enquiring if there was another bit of software that you guys think is better.
One thing i was wondering though, is it possible to make a short cut on the desk top for Mpeg tools rather than opening up Tmpg Enc Plus and then clicking on Mpeg Tools??
Is this possible?

I don't think so since TMPGEnc MPEG Tools are part of a menu within the application itself. Maybe you could write a script like you can with AppleScript on a Mac? I've never done this though.
