Hi to all,
A weak ago I bought the Plextor PX-712A, a great drive, the best! But I have a question about it. Other brands have released firmware to make it DVD+R DL compatible, does anyone know if Plextor will do the same??? And I meen, REAL firmware not the fake crap, from Plextor them selfe (because you do get a Plextor for the firmware right?).
THX (sorry for the bad English, I'm 15 but live in Netherlands).

I wouldn't hold my breath. Someone asked Plextor about this a while back and got some answer like "they havn't finalized the standard" or something.
