I just saw that the new version of CDSpeed will read PI and PO errors and although I didn't think it would work, it actually does with my Liteon 167T. I know that ROM drives are not for Kprobe and also that the speed should be set to 4X (can't do it with CDSpeed so it goes all the way to 12X). Has anyone any links to a method of reading these results? I am hesitant to use the Kprobe guidelines.
Here is one for Ritek G04:

does the disk play??
I heard that the highest score anyone got with machine was with a TY media and Lite-on burner and it was 93. it had like average PI of 12 max 30?; PO of like couple higher than 1 and max of 4. In my burner pressed DVDs are worse than that. as mater of fact highest quality score was 63 on a pressed dvd. All my good ( no errors) burns get like 40s quality score. -
can anyone please update this? I am really confused on how this works any ideas are apreciated.
How can we judge quality?
What are acceptable limits for either value?
Is the disk quality score relevant?
