I want to back up a series. Disk 1 and 2 have 7 episodes each, disk 3 has 2 episodes...

What would you do to add the 2 episodes (disk 3) to disk 1 and 2 (1 each), bring the total to 8 on each Disk?

Would it be possible to retain/amend the menus for disk 1 and 2?

    Tools I use

    DVD SHrink
    Clone DVD 2.0

I guess DVDReMake PRO would allow you to do this as you can add Menu's and Titles though you would need some basic DVD structure knowledge

you can then modify the buttons/commands to allow for the newly added material

I've done a couple of guides and one merges 2 DVD's onto 1. I'm busy doing another guide that shows you how to add VTS/Menu's/PGC's etc and some basic button/command editing just to show how you can mix up DVD's yet retain fully working original menu's

you can also use something like DVDLab or TMPENGC but you will lose the 'original' feel but you can get some very good results. Although you mention you want to keep menu's, I guess you will get people saying that you just use reauthor in DVDShrink and use the title skip button
