    Hi, i have a video that the format is vcd mpg. But the picture is dark. How can i make it brighter. As you can tell i am not very good with encoding. I hope that not confusing. Thanks

    What editing programs do you have? That's probably where you'll want to tweak things.

    I have TMPGEnc. But i don't know if that the right program to use to make the pictures brigher. and also the video is vcd.telecine.mpg
    Can i use VirtualDub to change the brightest of the video? This there an instrution to do this?
