Okay, this was REALLY buggin me, cause I wanted to use SVCD video as source material for a trailer I'm gonna make. So here's how you do it. BTW, this is not HOW to play an SVCD. WinDVD will do that. This is how to make the files playable.

1. Your computer must have an Mpeg-2 codec installed. (Duh)
2. Use ISO buster, and open up your SVCD in it. Then go to the mpegav folder on the CD (go to it threw isobuster) And tell it to extract the file, but not just extract, select "Extract But Filter Only M2F2 frames" This will pull out ONLY teh Mpeg data.

Now, these are VBR files, and they're givin me synch problems still. Can anyone recomend a better Mpeg-2 Codec for my system?

Bye bye.
