  1. I am having a problem encoding my files. I have three movie files that I am trying to author with tmpgenc dvd author. If I put them in separately they are fine but if I put part 1 and part 2 in together it says the second part is not of the same resolution, so I have made it the same resolution and it still won't take it.

Does anyone know what the problem is please, I don't want to use 3 dvd's.

    thanks

  2. Put each file in separate tracks with TDA. Click Add Track.. to the left in TDA and then add one file in each. To put more than 1 file in the same track they need to be encoded exactly the same way, bitrate and all.

  3. What is TDA? I did encode them exactly the same way, thats why I can't understand why it isn't working.

    thanks for your help

  5. TDA is Tmpgenc DVD Author. Maybe the problem is missing audio then. When you get the error that it differs from current track, just click Cancel, then click the Browse button in the Audio Settings frame in the Edit clip window. Select the audio and it should work. IF the files are exactly the same, both Audio and Video. Good luck.
