I'd rather the girl use a sponge. If they're worried about STDs, they shouldn't be leaving their diseased body fluids all over in public. I also don't think the underside of a rusty slide in a children's park is any safer from disease anyway. If they do it there, they might as well brave getting a venerial infection by 'Freeing Willy'.

EDIT: I saw the clip. I wouldn't trust a condom that came with a package of needles. Also that yellow box doesn't really look like it keeps anybody from grabbing things out of it.
Does your chart show 5:1 ratio of males/females returning syringes or of males/females who shoot up? I'm a bit worried if women aren't returning their syringes.
