    webcam specs



    I have 2 offices. I work at 1 office, but sometimes I wanna see whats going on at the other. I know that I can just set the cam to on and use messenger, but this particular camera can move its head. Does anyone know if its possible for me to control the motion from ANOTHER computer?? Obviously its possible from the computer its hooked up to, I just wonder if somehow I can hook up to it from here.

    EDIT: On another note...why didn't my linky thing work!???

    i take it both offices are in the same building and on a LAN? if so, try WinVNC. Excellent program.

    No...they are in completely seperate buidlings across town.
    You could still use WinVNC. I have used it to control a work machine from home over VPN, as well as a machine in a different state.
