  1. I have this Divx file, that I want to convert to VCD.

    It plays just fine on both Windows Media player, and Divx player.

    TMPGenc will not open it, though. (Can not open or unsupported, blah blah blah) It opens other Divx files, but not this one. The priority is set up to 2 in the Environmental settings.

    I tried to frameserve with Virtualdub (as all the guides say to do) but it said it couldn't locate the decompressor for format 'MP43' (Microsoft High-Speed MPEG-4 V3) and would not open the file.

    I have the most recent Divx codec installed.

    Does anyone have any ideas, on what I could do with this thing?

    It isnt a divx file,its mpeg4-v3 ms,look for smr patch codecs on google.
