    I have just got my new navis pro capture card. I use winXP pro.
    I can't get the card to work, it says 'an error occured when connecting to the down stream filters'.
    Please someone help

    Sorry about the problems you have been seeing with our card. Could you let me know the spec of your PC. How far do you get when you see this Error? There is also a update For DVD junior, Please send me a e-mail and I will send you a copy (dhopwood@pentamediaeurope.co.uk).
