    He Guys! My JVC 8000 Just Die on me, When to Best Buy & Fry's just to find out that the new SVHS VCR even the real expensive ones. Don't have LP recording. Where has LP recording gone. Any Advice?

    I haven't seen LP recording speed on a VCR in a very long time...

    SVHS VCR's never supported LP recording,it was not part of the specs fod SVHS. They had playback support but without SVHS. If you want LP recording look for Panasonic VCR's,they were last manufacturer still supporting LP.

    I really thought that LP was still available, but all I see is SP/EP.
